Baby blessing and the Big 30!

We blessed Everett on Sunday evening at our house. We were glad so many of our family were able to be there, including Angie and Scott and family who made it up from Vegas. It was also Rob's 30th birthday so we had a little party. Here are some pic's.

Let the summer fun begin!

Rob busted his bum to get this awesome swing set done for Gavin. Our yard used to have a hideous looking fenced in garden with cement etc... some of you know what it looked like. I wish I had a before picture. We tore it all out and put in sod and a swing set. Thanks Dad and Ty for your help! We couldn't have done it without you!
Gavin doing what he calls "ROCKSTARS"...his fancy trick on the swing...don't have any clue where he came up with that :)
Gavin found the ultimate car ramp.

Smiley!

Everett with a big grin. It is so fun to start seeing his little personality!

Remember when...

We are still here with not much to post about. I am just waiting for this baby to come. Fondly remembering a few of the little things in life that I took for granted in my pre-prego state.

Sleeping on my stomach
Tying my own shoes
Seeing my feet in the shower
Bending over to pick up a dropped object
Buttoning up a pair of jeans...well, sadly, I will have to dream a little longer for that one

Not much, but really wonderful things when you get to do them everyday! I will post again when anything exciting happens.

Gross!

BEFORE

AFTER

I know what you are all thinking, sick, I know. I promise I really do mop my floors. But I thought I would share this terrific concoction in case any of you have ever forgotten that your black grout actually is supposed to be white! Spray this stuff on and sprinkle baking soda on top and scrub it and vooooalllla!

This stuff is great...Non-Toxic, bio-degradable, and it cleans everything! It even got off permanent marker from toys and my kitchen counter top, thanks to a little artistic expression from Gavin. They have tons of products, I use the bath tub and tile cleaner and it makes me feel so much better sitting Gavin in the tub after I cleaned it with this instead of crazy cancer chemicals.
